Medium
Rinse the potatoes and carrot under running water.
Put the water to heat and add the potatoes (unpeeled), the carrot (unpeeled) and a small tablespoon of salt.
Leave on the fire until they are well cooked.
Then remove from the heat and let the potatoes rest in the water for 20-30 minutes.
Peel the cooked shrimp and then cut them into several pieces.
Remove the potatoes and carrot from the water and let them drain well.
Then peel while they are still warm (this makes them easier to peel).
Cut the carrot and potato into small pieces.
Put the potato, carrot, peas, chopped shrimp, and half of the mayonnaise in a large bowl (reserve shrimp, peas, and carrot for decorating the salad).
Mix with a spoon and taste for salt. If necessary, add a little fine salt.
Then transfer the salad to a serving dish.
Add the remaining mayonnaise on top so that it covers the entire surface (help yourself with a spoon).
Then decorate with the peas, carrot, and shrimp that you reserved.
Store the covered dish in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least one hour.
