Shrimp Salad

This recipe is a delicious salad ideal for summer. Share it with your whole family and surprise them with these new flavors. Prove that you will love it.

  • 1 kilo potato, to cook
  • 1/2 kilos prawn, cooked
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 4 tablespoons pea, of boat
  • 1 tub mayonnaise
  • table salt
  • water of roses, to cook potatoes and carrots

  • Clean the potatoes and carrots under the water tap.
  • Put the water to heat and add the potatoes (unpeeled), the carrot (unpeeled) and a small spoonful of salt.
  • Leave the fire until they are well cooked.
  • Then remove from the heat and let the potatoes rest in the water for 20-30 minutes.
  • Peel the cooked prawns and then cut them into several pieces.
  • Take the potatoes and carrots out of the water and let them drain well.
  • Then remove the skin while retaining some heat (so they will be easier to peel).
  • Cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
  • Put the potatoes, carrots, peas, chopped prawns and half of the mayonnaise in a large bowl (reserve prawns, peas and carrots to decorate the salad).
  • Mix with a spoon and taste the salt. If necessary, add a little fine salt.
  • Then pass the salad to a platter.
  • Add the rest of the mayonnaise on top so that it covers the entire surface (help with a spoon).
  • Then decorate with the peas, carrots and prawns that you reserved.
  • Store the covered dish in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least an hour.
