  • 1/2 kilos prawn, cooked
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 4 tablespoons green pea, of boat
  • 1 boat mayonnaise
  • table salt

Preparation

Clean the potatoes and carrots under the water tap.
Put the water to heat and add the potatoes (unpeeled), the carrot (unpeeled) and a small spoonful of salt.

Then remove from the heat and let the potatoes rest in the water for 20-30 minutes.
Peel the cooked prawns and then cut them into several pieces.
Take the potatoes and carrots out of the water and let them drain well.

Put the potatoes, carrots, peas, chopped prawns and half of the mayonnaise in a large bowl (reserve prawns, peas and carrots to decorate the salad).
Mix with a spoon and taste the salt. If necessary, add a little fine salt.
Then pass the salad to a platter.
Add the rest of the mayonnaise on top so that it covers the entire surface (help with a spoon).
Then decorate with the peas, carrots and prawns that you reserved.
Store the covered dish in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least an hour.
