Shrimp Salad in Avocado

  • 500 grams shrimp, medium cooked
  • 4 Avocados from México
  • 2 sprigs celery
  • 1 cup green lettuce
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile
  • 2 limes
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • First, peel, wash, and clean the shrimp and place them in a bowl.
  • Chop the celery and lettuce and add them to the bowl with the shrimp.
  • Squeeze the juice of the 2 lemons and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add it to the bowl with the shrimp. Mix everything well.
  • Cut two avocados into cubes and add them to the bowl with the shrimp. The other two avocados are cut in half and the skin is removed. Soak them in a little lemon water to prevent wilting.
  • Fill the 4 halves with the shrimp salad and place each one on an individual plate.
  • Finally, in another bowl, mix the mayonnaise and chipotle, and place a tablespoon on each avocado.
