Simple Salad in less than 10 minutes

This salad recipe is perfect for incorporating some vegetables into your meals without too much hassle.

  • 5 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegars
  • pepper
  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  • garlic salt
  • aromatic herbs, (replace with oregano only)

  • Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices, also cut the cucumber into rounds or in 6 pieces.
  • Place the chopped vegetables on the bed of lettuce.
  • For the dressing: in a deep bowl, pour 3 parts olive oil and 1 or 2 parts balsamic vinegar, add ground pepper, garlic salt, and a little Maggi sauce to taste, then whisk all the ingredients with a fork until combined.
  • On top of the salad, sprinkle some of the ground herbs and finally the dressing.
