This salad recipe is perfect to integrate a little vegetables to your meals without so many complications.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 5 leaves lettuce, washed and sanitized
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • olive oils
  • balsamic vinegars
  • black pepper
  • liquid seasoning
  • garlic salt
  • aromatic herbs, (substitute oregano alone)

Preparation

Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices, also cut the cucumber into slices or 6 pieces.
Place the chopped greens on the bed of lettuce.
For the dressing: in a deep bowl pour 3 parts of olive oil and 1 or 2 of balsamic vinegar, add ground pepper, garlic salt and a little Maggi sauce to taste, then beat all the ingredients with a fork until incorporate.
On top of the salad, sprinkle some of the ground herbs and finally the dressing.

TIPS

If you have them on hand add a little ground Parmesan cheese or goat cheese in moronas.
