2/3 cups peanut oil
1 clove garlic, in sheets
1 ginger, grated
3 green onions, in sheets
200 grams shrimp, deveined boys
3 cups radish, sliced japanese radish
2 dried árbol chiles, sliced and seeded
2 tablespoons raw sugar
table salt
green onions, tails
1/2 cups cashews
1/2 orange juice
1/3 cups soy sauce, low sodium
black pepper powder
3 rice noodle, skeins, dry rice
lettuce, leaves
dried árbol chiles, whole
Preparation

Boil two liters of water.
Go to a vidiro bowl and add the noodle.
Rehydrate until smooth.
In an arten or wok heat the sesame and peanut oil a little, sauté ginger, garlic, onion and shrimp, two minutes maximum.
Add the rest of the ingredients and skip a minute.
Place the previous mixture on a bed of rice noodles and lettuce leaves.
Decorate with dry tree chili.
