2/3 cups peanut oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 ginger, grated
3 scallions, sliced
200 grams shrimp, deveined shrimp
3 cups radish, sliced Japanese radish
2 dried árbol chiles, sliced and seeded
2 tablespoons raw sugar
salt
scallions, tails
1/2 cups cashews
1/2 orange juice
1/3 cups soy sauce, low sodium
black pepper powder
3 rice noodle, bundles, dry rice
lettuce, leaves
dried árbol chiles, whole
Preparation

Boil two liters of water.
Transfer to a glass bowl and add the noodles.
Rehydrate until soft.
In a pan or wok, heat a little sesame and peanut oil, sauté ginger, garlic, onion, and shrimp for a maximum of two minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté for one minute.
Place the previous mixture on a bed of rice noodles and lettuce leaves.
Garnish with dried árbol chili.
