Spicy Oriental Salad

This recipe is a delicious oriental salad with a touch of árbol chili, which gives it a certain spiciness. Prepare this salad either as an appetizer or even as a main dish, and enjoy its great flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2/3 cups peanut oil
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 1 ginger, grated
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 200 grams shrimp, deveined shrimp
  • 3 cups radish, sliced Japanese radish
  • 2 dried árbol chiles, sliced and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • salt

  • 1/2 cups cashews
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/3 cups soy sauce, low sodium
  • black pepper powder
  • 3 rice noodle, bundles, dry rice
  • lettuce, leaves
  • dried árbol chiles, whole

  • Boil two liters of water.
  • Transfer to a glass bowl and add the noodles.
  • Rehydrate until soft.
  • In a pan or wok, heat a little sesame and peanut oil, sauté ginger, garlic, onion, and shrimp for a maximum of two minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté for one minute.
  • Place the previous mixture on a bed of rice noodles and lettuce leaves.
  • Garnish with dried árbol chili.
