Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2/3 cups peanut oil
  • 1 clove garlic, in sheets
  • 1 ginger, grated
  • 3 cambray onions, in sheets
  • 200 grams shrimp, deveined boys
  • 3 cups radish, sliced ​​japanese radish
  • 2 dried chili, sliced ​​and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar

Preparation

Boil two liters of water.

Rehydrate until smooth.
