1 bunch spinach
6 red apples, diced
1 liter plain yogurt
raisins, to taste

Peel and dice the beet into apple-sized cubes.
Wash the spinach well and chop it into pieces.
Add everything to a mold and incorporate the yogurt and raisins. Mix until the yogurt turns pink.
