Spinach Salad with Canned Peaches

A delicious way to eat spinach! In this salad, the cream cheese is in balls coated with nuts, and the salad has a sweet touch from the canned peaches and blueberries.

  • 250 grams cranberries, dry
  • 1 can canned peaches
  • 1 spinach
  • 50 grams nut , ground
  • 50 grams nut , chopped
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • green grapes, to taste

  • Wash the spinach well. Tear it by hand and place it in a bowl.
  • With the cream cheese, form small balls and roll them in the ground nuts, pressing a little to ensure they are well coated.
  • Chop the peaches into small cubes, mix the spinach with all the other ingredients, being careful to add the cheese balls at the end so they don't break apart.
  • Dress the salad with a bit of the syrup from the peaches.
