Heat the oil and add the garlic and ham. Leave for 3 minutes. Add the wine and lemon juice. Allow to cool completely, season with salt and fresh pepper.
Stir the spinach leaves with the mushrooms, the cheese and the nuts, add the dressing and season.
You can add hard boiled egg if desired.
