Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Caramelized Walnuts

A completely vegan spinach salad with strawberries, asparagus, citrus, and caramelized walnuts that will add a sweet touch, perfectly combining with the flavor of orange and the creamy, tangy strawberry and raspberry honey dressing. It is absolutely delicious and easy to prepare.

  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups vinegar, Raspberry
  • 1/4 cups agave syrup
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt, Vegan
  • 1 cup candied pecans, Finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup asparagus, Blanched
  • 1/2 cups orange, Sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, Cut in half
  • 1 cup lettuce

  • Blend all the dressing ingredients perfectly. Serve in a container and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the spinach, asparagus, orange, strawberries, and walnuts.
