  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 3 cups spinach, Washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup wheat sprouts, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup arugula, Washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, Diced
  • 1 cup blackberries, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar, for the dressing
