Strawberry and Avocado Salad

This strawberry and avocado salad is fresh with a sweet tangy flavor and creamy from the avocado; you have to try it, you won't believe how well the flavors combine.

  • 1 romaine lettuce, washed, disinfected, and dried
  • 50 grams arugula
  • 300 grams strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 2 avocados
  • 150 grams smoked bacon, sliced and fried
  • 100 milliliters plain yogurt, (for the dressing)
  • 10 grams chia, (for the dressing)
  • 1 pinch pepper, (for the dressing)
  • 1 pinch salt, (for the dressing)
  • 50 milliliters olive oil, (for the dressing)

  • Chop the lettuce, place it in a salad bowl, and mix with the arugula.
  • Remove the stem from the strawberries by cutting with a knife on the board, slice, and add to the salad.
  • Cut the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh with a spoon to avoid damaging it; cut into medium cubes and add to the salad.
  • Chop the fried bacon on the board and add it to the salad for decoration.
  • For the dressing, pour the yogurt into a medium bowl with the chia and season with pepper and salt; while continuing to whisk, add the olive oil and mix until combined.
  • Serve the dressing on a plate and accompany it with the salad.
