This salad of strawberries and avocado is fresh with a sweet and creamy acid taste for the avocado, you have to taste it you will not believe that they combine flavors well.

  • 1 Romaine lettuce, washed, disinfected and dried
  • 50 grams arugula
  • 300 grams strawberry, washed and disinfected
  • 2 avocados
  • 150 grams smoked bacon, sliced ​​and fried
  • 100 milliliters natural yogurt, (for dressing)
  • 10 grams chia, (for dressing)
  • 1 pinch black pepper, (for dressing)
  • 1 pinch salt, (for dressing)
  • 50 milliliters olive oil, (for dressing)


Chop the lettuce, place it in a salad bowl and mix it with the arugula.
Remove the tail of the strawberries by cutting with a knife on the table, slice and add to the salad.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp with the help of a spoon to avoid mistreating it; Cut into medium cubes and add to the salad.
Chop the fried bacon on the table and add to the salad to decorate.
For the dressing, pour the yogurt with the chia into a medium bowl and season with the pepper and salt; without stopping to beat it incorporates the olive oil and mixes until integrating.
Serve the dressing on a plate and accompany with the salad.


Serve in a bowl and bathe with the dressing just before serving to prevent the lettuce from wilting.
