1/2 cups cottage cheese, LYNCOTT, (for the dressing)
1 teaspoon white vinegar, (for dressing)
1/2 teaspoons black pepper, (for dressing)
1/2 teaspoons capers, (for dressing)
1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, (for dressing)
salt, for the dressing
2 cups Romaine lettuce, (in pieces)
1/4 cups cherry tomato, in halves
1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, in juliana
3 strawberries, slices
1 wholemeal bread, toasted, in pieces

For the dressing: Drain the whey from the cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients.
Wash and disinfect vegetables and strawberries.
On a plate, place the pieces of lettuce, cherry tomato, pepper and strawberries.
Bathe the salad with the dressing and finally add the toasted bread in pieces.
To serve.
