Strawberry and Yellow Pepper Salad

A healthy salad, rich in fiber and vitamin C. Mix of lettuce, strawberry, yellow pepper, tomato and cottage cheese, which together achieve a delicious colorful and different salad that you will love.

  • 1/2 cups cottage cheese, LYNCOTT, (for the dressing)
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar, (for dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, (for dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons capers, (for dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, (for dressing)
  • salt, for the dressing
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, (in pieces)
  • 1/4 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, in juliana
  • 3 strawberries, slices
  • 1 wholemeal bread, toasted, in pieces

  • For the dressing: Drain the whey from the cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients.
  • Wash and disinfect vegetables and strawberries.
  • On a plate, place the pieces of lettuce, cherry tomato, pepper and strawberries.
  • Bathe the salad with the dressing and finally add the toasted bread in pieces.
  • To serve.
