6 sticks surimi
1/2 white cabbages, or cabbage
1 can peas
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

Cut the surimi sticks into julienne strips until you have many thin strips.
Finely chop the cabbage.
Add the cream and mayonnaise until they are well integrated with the surimi and cabbage.
Add peas and pepper to taste to the mixture.
