Delicious surimi salad, low in calories. Prepare this delicious surimi salad, it is a very light and rich recipe that will not make you break the line.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 liters low fat sour cream
  • 6 sticks surimi
  • 1/2 white cabbages, or cabbage
  • 1 can pea
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

Preparation

Cut the surimi bars in julienne strips until there are many strips left.
Cut the cabbage finely.
Add cream and mayonnaise, until they are very well integrated into surimi and cabbage.
