2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped chiquito
2 serrano chiles, deveined and chopped
3 bunches parsley, chopped
1 bunch spearmint, chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, large peeled and chopped
1 romaine lettuce, washed and leaves separated
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups wheat, soaked
2 limes, its juice
olive oil
pepper, to taste

The parsley and mint leaves are chopped with a knife and not in the food processor.
All the vegetables are mixed and the wheat soaked in hot water since the day before and drained well is added.
Separately squeeze the garlic and mix with the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
The vinaigrette is added to the salad and ready to be served.
