2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
2 serrano chiles, deveined and chopped
3 bunches parsley, chopped
1 bunch spearmint, chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, large, peeled, and chopped
1 romaine lettuce, washed and leaves separated
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups wheat, soaked
2 limes, its juice
olive oil
pepper, to taste

Chop the parsley and mint leaves with a knife, not in the food processor.
Mix all the vegetables and add the wheat soaked in hot water from the night before and well-drained.
Separately, squeeze the garlic and mix it with the lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the vinaigrette to the salad and it's ready to serve.
