Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped small
  • 2 serrano peppers, deveined and chopped
  • 3 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 1 bunch peppermint, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, large peeled and chopped
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, washed and the sheets separated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups wheat, soaked
  • 2 lemons, its juice
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Chop the parsley and mint leaves with a knife and not in the food processor.
Mix all the vegetables and add the soaked wheat in hot water from the eve and well drained.
