You will love this tangerine salad, as it has a very special seasonal flavor thanks to the citrus taste of the tangerine. Additionally, it is an ideal option to accompany turkey, loin, or fish at Christmas.
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
1/2 tablespoons honey, for the vinaigrette
2 tablespoons mandarin orange juice, for the vinaigrette
salt, for the vinaigrette
pepper, for the vinaigrette
2 mandarin oranges
1/4 cups walnuts
1/4 cups cranberries
1/2 cups feta cheese, in cubes
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Prepare the vinaigrette: Mix the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, honey, orange juice, enough salt, and pepper in a bowl, then whisk until you achieve a uniform or emulsified mixture. Set aside until use.
Cut supremes of tangerine, that is, remove the segments of tangerine and keep only the pulp, then, with a small knife, remove all the peel, then make incisions with the knife between the pulp and the segment, to extract the supremes completely. Set aside until use.
In a bowl, place the French Lettuce Eva® leaves, add the tangerine supremes, walnuts, blueberries, feta cheese, and chia seeds. Drizzle the tangerine salad with the balsamic and tangerine dressing. Mix and serve immediately.
