2 red beefsteak tomatoes
1/2 onions, chopped
2 chives
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 clove garlic, sautéed and browned

Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds
Add chopped onion and green onion
To make the dressing: sauté the garlic and add to the rest of the ingredients (vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper)
Whisk the dressing until it becomes liquid (add vinegar until you reach this point)
Drizzle the tomatoes with onion with the dressing
