Simply simple and delicious, try this tomato salad recipe that has a very rich dressing, it is so quick that it will not take you long to prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 chives
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and golden
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes into thick slices
Add the chopped onion and chives
To make the dressing: brown the garlic and add to the rest of the ingredients (vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper)
Beat the dressing until it is liquid (add vinegar until you reach this point)
Bat the tomatoes with onion with the dressing

PRESENTATION

Serve on glass plates with coriander leaves.
