Cut a whole pineapple, cut in half. Remove the pulp and cut into small squares. Reservation.
The pineapple peel must be hollow, simulating a deep dish or a boat.
Peel and cut the kiwi, peach, banana and watermelon. Place them in a bowl together with the blueberry and the cut pineapple. Squeeze the ½ orange juice and mix the fruit.
