Tropical Fruit Salad in Pineapple Boat

  • 1/4 watermelons
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 peach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 oranges, just the juice
  • 1/4 cups cottage cheese

  • Cut a whole pineapple, cut in half. Remove the pulp and cut into small squares. Reservation.
  • The pineapple peel must be hollow, simulating a deep dish or a boat.
  • Peel and cut the kiwi, peach, banana and watermelon. Place them in a bowl together with the blueberry and the cut pineapple. Squeeze the ½ orange juice and mix the fruit.
