Tropical Fruit Salad in Pineapple Boat

Prepare this delicious tropical fruit salad with cottage cheese mounted on a pineapple boat. Your persentation is perfect for a breakfast or just to show off with the family. It is very fresh and full of flavor.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 piece of pineapple
  • 1/4 of piece of watermelon
  • 1 piece of Kiwi
  • 1 piece of peach
  • 1 piece of banana
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry
  • 1/2 piece of orange just the juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of cottage cheese
  • to taste of granola
  • to taste of grated coconut

    Preparation

    Cut a whole pineapple, cut in half. Remove the pulp and cut into small squares. Reservation.
    The pineapple peel must be hollow, simulating a deep dish or a boat.
    Peel and cut the kiwi, peach, banana and watermelon. Place them in a bowl together with the blueberry and the cut pineapple. Squeeze the ½ orange juice and mix the fruit.
    Accommodate the fruit salad inside the pineapple boat.
    Add the cottage cheese, granola and shredded coconut. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Put the pineapple stuffed with the salad in a platter and place another bit of the fruit in it.

    You can put the fruit of your choice and sweeten with honey.
