Preparing new recipes to take to the office is very easy, as everything you need is in your pantry. The perfect example is this tuna rice recipe with a touch of pineapple, mango, and blueberries; dare to try something different!
For the rice: Place the rice with 2 cups of water in a pot, add turmeric and ginger, and season with salt. Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, let cool, and set aside.
Heat a wok over medium heat, add sesame oil, and add Eva® Teriyaki Wok Salad with teriyaki sauce, cook for 10 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the rice, tuna, Eva® Teriyaki Wok Salad, blueberries, mango, pineapple, and cilantro until combined. Set aside.
Serve the tuna rice in a bowl and accompany with soy dressing.
