Tuna salad is an ideal dish for a dinner or lunch. This dish is high in protein, low in fat and very rich. You can accompany this salad with Tostadas Milpa Real.
In a deep bowl, mix the tuna with the light mayonnaise, the Tabasco, the chopped onion, the pepper, the lemon juice and the olive oil.
Make a bed of lettuce on a large platter or in 4 individual bowls and place a tower of tuna on top. The tower can be made with a cookie cutter to make it look like the photo.
Garnish the salad with the green olives and serve with the Milpa Real tostadas
