Tuna Salad

Tuna salad is an ideal dish for a dinner or lunch. This dish is high in protein, low in fat, and very tasty. You can accompany this salad with Milpa Real Toasts.

  • 2 measurements lettuce, chopped
  • 2 packages tuna, 100 grams
  • 2 pieces mayonnaise, light
  • 1 drizzle Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 glasses green olives
  • 2 lemon , its juice
  • 2 pieces olive oil
  • Milpa Real® tostada shell

  • In a deep bowl, mix the tuna with the light mayonnaise, Tabasco, chopped onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Make a bed of lettuce on a large platter or on 4 individual plates and place a tower of tuna on top. You can create the tower with a cookie cutter for a nice presentation.
  • Garnish the salad with green olives and serve with Milpa Real toasts.
