Tuna salad

Tuna salad is an ideal dish for a dinner or lunch. This dish is high in protein, low in fat and very rich. You can accompany this salad with Tostadas Milpa Real.

  • 2 measurements lettuce, chopped
  • 2 packages tuna, 100 grams
  • 2 pieces mayonnaise, Light
  • 1 drizzle Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 glasses green olives
  • 2 lime, its juice
  • 2 pieces olive oil
  • Milpa Real® tostada shell

  • In a deep bowl, mix the tuna with the light mayonnaise, the Tabasco, the chopped onion, the pepper, the lemon juice and the olive oil.
  • Make a bed of lettuce on a large platter or in 4 individual bowls and place a tower of tuna on top. The tower can be made with a cookie cutter to make it look like the photo.
  • Garnish the salad with the green olives and serve with the Milpa Real tostadas
