Tuna salad is an ideal dish for a dinner or lunch. This dish is high in protein, low in fat, and very tasty. You can accompany this salad with Milpa Real Toasts.
In a deep bowl, mix the tuna with the light mayonnaise, Tabasco, chopped onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Make a bed of lettuce on a large platter or on 4 individual plates and place a tower of tuna on top. You can create the tower with a cookie cutter for a nice presentation.
Garnish the salad with green olives and serve with Milpa Real toasts.
