Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the tuna with light mayonnaise, tabasco, chopped onion, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
Make a bed of lettuce on a large platon or in 4 individual platters and place on them a tuna tower. The tower can be made with a cookie cutter to make it look like the picture.
Decorate the salad with the green olives and serve with the Milpa Real toast
