Tuna Salad with Crackers

  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cups peas, cooked
  • 1 cup carrot, diced, cooked
  • 2 serrano chiles, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 envelope Dolores® Premium tuna loin, 78 grams
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups plain yogurt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 package Ritz® cookies
  • parsley, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix the onion, tomato, peas, carrot, panela cheese, parsley, and Dolores® Premium Tuna Loin. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, natural yogurt, salt, and pepper. Stir until completely combined.
  • On a Ritz® Cracker, place a bit of the mixture and garnish with parsley.
