In a bowl, mix the onion, tomato, peas, carrot, panela cheese, parsley, and Dolores® Premium Tuna Loin. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, natural yogurt, salt, and pepper. Stir until completely combined. On a Ritz® Cracker, place a bit of the mixture and garnish with parsley.
