Canned Tuna Salad

Don't you know what to eat for lunch or dinner that is quick, healthy and delicious? This tuna salad will cover those three characteristics.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 1/3 cups peas
  • 1/3 cups carrot, in small cubes
  • 1/2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 limes
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • pepper, to taste

  • Finely chop the previously disinfected vegetables.
  • Drain the water from the tuna and place it in a bowl.
  • Add all the vegetables, the mustard, mayonnaise, and the lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients until they are incorporated very well.
  • Season and correct the flavor.
