2 cans canned tuna in water
1/3 cups peas
1/3 cups carrot, in small cubes
1/2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 sprigs celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 limes
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon mustard
pepper, to taste

Finely chop the previously disinfected vegetables.
Drain the water from the tuna and place it in a bowl.
Add all the vegetables, mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated.
Season and adjust the flavor.
