Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 cans tuna in water
  • 1/3 cups pea
  • 1/3 cups carrot, in small cubes
  • 1/2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 cambray onion, finely chopped
  • 2 branches celery, finely chopped
  • pending
  • 1/2 lemons
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Finely chop the previously disinfected vegetables.
Drain the tuna water, and place it in a bowl.
Add all the vegetables, and mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients until they are well incorporated.
Season and rectify the flavor.

PRESENTATION

You can place on lettuce leaves as tacos or toast, crackers or sandwich.

TIPS

If you like you can eliminate the mayonnaise and replace it by mixing 1 tablespoon of olive oil with mustard.
