1 package penne pasta, tricolor
200 grams pitted olives
150 grams jocoque
400 grams tuna
1 red bell pepper
1 lettuce
salt, and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente.
Wash and disinfect the lettuce and red pepper. Cut the lettuce into thin strips and the bell pepper into small squares.
Cut the olives into slices.
Season the jocoque with salt and pepper to taste. Reservation.
Mix the pasta with the tuna, the lettuce, the olives, the red pepper and the jocoque until it is full. Rectify the seasoning and refrigerate.
