Cold Pasta Salad

This delicious recipe is very healthy, easy and fresh, ideal for this hot season.

  • 1 package penne pasta, tricolor
  • 200 grams pitted olives
  • 150 grams jocoque
  • 400 grams tuna
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 lettuce
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente.
  • Wash and disinfect the lettuce and red pepper. Cut the lettuce into thin strips and the bell pepper into small squares.
  • Cut the olives into slices.
  • Season the jocoque with salt and pepper to taste. Reservation.
  • Mix the pasta with the tuna, the lettuce, the olives, the red pepper and the jocoque until it is full. Rectify the seasoning and refrigerate.
