Fresh Tuna Salad

I learned this recipe from a coworker. It is a very easy recipe to prepare that does not take much time to make, and it is also very fresh and light.

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 green lettuce, small
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 2 limes, small portions
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, optional
  • 1 avocado, optional
  • salt, to taste

  • Open the cans of tuna and drain them. Set aside in a bowl.
  • Tear the lettuce into small pieces by hand and disinfect it. Once disinfected, place it in a large bowl.
  • Finely chop the tomato, onion, and serrano pepper, add them to the bowl with the lettuce, squeeze the two limes, and stir a little.
  • Add the three tablespoons of mayonnaise and the drained tuna, mix well until the ingredients are integrated.
  • Finally, add the diced avocado.
