Healthy Tuna Salad

My recipe is very easy to make, besides being very healthy because of the combination of the ingredients, it is a great option to eat at any time of the day for both children and adults.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 100 grams peas
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 lettuce

  • Chop potatoes and carrots in boxes. Boil for 10 minutes with the peas and add a pinch of salt.
  • Chop the lettuce strips and disinfect.
  • Add the vegetables, potatoes, carrots and peas, the two cans of tuna, the corn kernels, the mayonnaise and finally the lettuce in a bowl.
  • Add salt to taste.
