My recipe is very easy to make, and besides being very healthy due to the combination of ingredients, it's a great option for any time of the day for both children and adults.

2 cans canned tuna in water
4 potatoes
3 carrots
100 grams peas
1 can corn kernel
100 grams mayonnaise
salt , to taste
1/2 lettuce

Dice the potatoes and carrots. Boil for 10 minutes along with the peas and add a pinch of salt.
Chop the lettuce into strips and disinfect it.
In a bowl, combine the vegetables: potatoes, carrots, and peas, the two cans of tuna, corn kernels, mayonnaise, and finally, the lettuce.
Add salt to taste.
