My recipe is very easy to make, besides being very healthy because of the combination of the ingredients, it is a great option to eat at any time of the day for both children and adults.

2 cans canned tuna in water
4 potatoes
3 carrots
100 grams peas
1 can corn kernels
100 grams mayonnaise
salt, to taste
1/2 lettuce

Chop potatoes and carrots in boxes. Boil for 10 minutes with the peas and add a pinch of salt.
Chop the lettuce strips and disinfect.
Add the vegetables, potatoes, carrots and peas, the two cans of tuna, the corn kernels, the mayonnaise and finally the lettuce in a bowl.
Add salt to taste.
