Healthy Tuna Salad

My recipe is very easy to make, and besides being very healthy due to the combination of ingredients, it's a great option for any time of the day for both children and adults.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 100 grams peas
  • 1 can corn kernel
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • salt , to taste
  • 1/2 lettuce

  • Dice the potatoes and carrots. Boil for 10 minutes along with the peas and add a pinch of salt.
  • Chop the lettuce into strips and disinfect it.
  • In a bowl, combine the vegetables: potatoes, carrots, and peas, the two cans of tuna, corn kernels, mayonnaise, and finally, the lettuce.
  • Add salt to taste.
