Trigitun

Recipe based on wheat and tuna, extremely healthy, rich and economical. It is easy to do and in hot weather it is great. Kids love it because it's different!

  • 1 cup wheat, Cooked
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 can chipotle chile, little
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Wash the wheat, once the garbage you find in the wheat is removed, cook it for 20 minutes, once it has been cooked let it cool and reserve.
  • Finely chop half onion and a bunch of coriander. Blend the contents of the chipotle can.
  • In a medium bowl add the cream and mix with the spoonful of mayonnaise. Add the amount of liquefied chipotle to taste and mix perfectly. You'll get a faint red mix.
  • It incorporates coriander, onion, tuna and wheat. Serve with toast or crackers.
