Trigitun

A recipe based on wheat and tuna, extremely healthy, delicious, and economical. It is easy to make and perfect for warm weather. Kids love it because it’s different!

  • 1 cup wheat, cooked
  • 3 cans tuna 3 cans tuna

  • Wash the wheat, once you have removed any debris, cook it for 20 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool and set aside.
  • Finely chop half an onion and a bunch of cilantro. Blend the contents of the can of chipotles.
  • In a medium bowl, add the cream and mix with the tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add the blended chipotle to taste and mix thoroughly. You will obtain a light red mixture.
  • Incorporate the cilantro, onion, tuna, and wheat. Serve with toast or crackers.
