Wash the wheat, once you have removed any debris, cook it for 20 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool and set aside.
Finely chop half an onion and a bunch of cilantro. Blend the contents of the can of chipotles.
In a medium bowl, add the cream and mix with the tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add the blended chipotle to taste and mix thoroughly. You will obtain a light red mixture.
Incorporate the cilantro, onion, tuna, and wheat. Serve with toast or crackers.
