Preparation
Wash the wheat, once the garbage you find in the wheat is removed, cook it for 20 minutes, once it has been cooked let it cool and reserve.
Finely chop half onion and a bunch of coriander. Blend the contents of the chipotle can.
In a medium bowl add the cream and mix with the spoonful of mayonnaise. Add the amount of liquefied chipotle to taste and mix perfectly. You'll get a faint red mix.
It incorporates coriander, onion, tuna and wheat. Serve with toast or crackers.
