Tuna Salad with Potato and Cherry Tomato

This salad is packed with B-complex vitamins to ensure your immune system works perfectly. We recommend taking the tuna in one container, the vegetables in another, and when it's time to eat, just mix them together. Delicious!

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1 can tuna, in water
  • 1/4 cups cherry tomato
  • 1/3 cups potato
  • 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/4 cups red onion, sliced

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes. Cook the cubes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the water and place the cubes in cold water. Remove them from the water and drain.
  • Combine the lettuces with the tuna, cooked potato, cherry tomatoes, and onion. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
