1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 lemons
1/4 cups oil

Clean the fresh artichoke hearts with plenty of water and lemon. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices. Fill a pot one third full. Add the oil.
Dissolve the flour in a little water, add the sugar, salt, and water. Add the artichokes and the carrot slices.
Let it boil for 30 minutes, reducing the heat at the end.
Let it cool to serve at room temperature.
