1 romaine lettuce
3 tablespoons red onion
1 avocado, large
2 cans canned tuna in water
3 tablespoons dehydrated tomato
1/2 cups capers
1/2 cups mayonnaise
pepper
1 teaspoon dill
pinto beans, or beans (optional)

Wash the lettuce; once ready, cut it into thin strips and place it in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, finely chop the onion, dice the avocado, and also chop the sun-dried tomato.
Everything is mixed with the lettuce, and the capers and mayonnaise are added.
Finally, the flaked tuna is added and mixed well. Season with salt, pepper, and dill.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for half an hour to allow all the flavors to blend, and it's ready!! Enjoy it.
