Tuscan Salad

Delicious and nutritious lettuce and tuna salad, very refreshing for this summer.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons red onion
  • 1 avocado, large
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 3 tablespoons dehydrated tomato
  • 1/2 cups capers
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • pinto beans, or beans (optional)

  • Wash the lettuce; once ready, cut it into thin strips and place it in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, finely chop the onion, dice the avocado, and also chop the sun-dried tomato.
  • Everything is mixed with the lettuce, and the capers and mayonnaise are added.
  • Finally, the flaked tuna is added and mixed well. Season with salt, pepper, and dill.
  • Let it sit in the refrigerator for half an hour to allow all the flavors to blend, and it's ready!! Enjoy it.
