  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for dressing
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 cup sesame oil, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, for dressing
  • 2 cups kale, for salad
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, for salad
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberries, for salad
  • 1 apple, cut into thin half-moons
  • 2 mandarin oranges, in supremes, for salad
  • 1/2 red onions, sliced, for salad
  • 1/4 cups pecans, for salad
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds, of pumpkin, for salad

  • In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients until you achieve an emulsion. Pour the dressing into a container and set aside.
  • In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients with a bit of the vinaigrette you made earlier. Serve and enjoy.
