  • 250 grams corn kernels
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cups red onion
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 limes, juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • pepper
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 1 serrano chile, chopped

  • Add the previously cooked beans to a bowl.
  • Add corn, tomato, red onion, onion, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients.
  • Mix olive oil and lemon juice.
