Blade Salad

Steamed vegetable salad with a little caesar or ranch dressing, this is to everyone's taste.

  • 1 kilo carrot
  • 1 kilo chayote
  • 1 kilo pumpkin, long
  • 1/2 kilos broccoli
  • 15 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 kilos panela cheese
  • 10 slices turkey deli ham
  • croutons, of garlic bread
  • Caesar dressing, ranch
  • aromatic herbs
  • coarse salt, to taste

  • In a vaporeara add water, herbs and heat until it boils.
  • Cut the carrot into small rectangles, the diced chayotes, the squash into the triangles.
  • Add the vegetables to the steamer, add salt to taste, cover the pot for about 15 minutes with the flame low, then turn off and let steam with seam for 25 minutes.
  • Wash and disinfect the lettuce leaves, after this chop finely.
  • Remove the vegetables from the pot and place in a salad bowl, stir and let cool.
  • Cut the ham into small boxes that can be rolled.
  • For the broccoli we are going to boil water with salt in a pot and when the water is boiling add them and remove them after 2 minutes.
  • Chop the panela cheese in small squares.
  • You can buy bread croutons in a supermarket.
