  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, cleaned and disinfected
  • 50 milliliters lime juice, for the vinaigrette
  • 100 milliliters olive oil, for the vinaigrette

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 cup green beans, blanched
  • 2 cups broccoli, blanched
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, to accompany
  • parsley, fresh, finely chopped, for seasoning

  • Wash and disinfect all fruits and vegetables well.
  • Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard to a bowl, then mix until you obtain a homogeneous vinaigrette.
  • Cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces and add to the vinaigrette.
  • Incorporate the blanched green beans, the blanched broccoli, the finely chopped walnut, and the parsley.
  • Mix very well so that all the ingredients are coated with vinaigrette.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes and add them to the broccoli salad.
  • Serve the broccoli salad with avocado on a large plate.
