2 cups Romaine lettuce, cleaned and disinfected
50 milliliters lime juice, for the vinaigrette
100 milliliters olive oil, for the vinaigrette
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the vinaigrette
1 cup green beans, blanched
2 cups broccoli, blanched
1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
1 avocado, to accompany
parsley, fresh, finely chopped, for seasoning
Preparation

Wash and disinfect all fruits and vegetables well.
Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard to a bowl, then mix until you obtain a homogeneous vinaigrette.
Cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces and add to the vinaigrette.
Incorporate the blanched green beans, the blanched broccoli, the finely chopped walnut, and the parsley.
Mix very well so that all the ingredients are coated with vinaigrette.
Cut the avocado into cubes and add them to the broccoli salad.
Serve the broccoli salad with avocado on a large plate.
