1/2 cups mayonnaise, (for the dressing)
1/3 cups lime juice, fresh (for the dressing)
2 teaspoons lime zest, (for the dressing)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, (for the dressing)
2 tablespoons olive oil, (for the dressing)
1 tablespoon sugar, (for the dressing)
1 tablespoon radish, dressing (for the dressing)
1 teaspoon salt, (for the dressing)
1/2 teaspoons celery, (for the dressing)
1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper, (for the dressing)
8 cups Brussels sprouts, grated
1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cups red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup fresh chives, green and white onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

For the dressing: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Salad: Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and combine with the dressing.
Let it chill for 30 minutes to an hour, adjust seasoning and serve.
