Peel the carrots and cut them into canes.
Cut the cucumber in half, remove the peel and with a spoon extract the seeds. Cut into sticks.
Peel the jicama, cut into slices and cut into sticks.
Remove the peel from the celery and cut into sticks.
Slice the radish into thin slices.
Serve on a tray and accompany with the tamarind dressing.
