Crudites is a delicious, healthy, easy and inexpensive snack to offer your guests the day you have a party at home or to eat a snack between meals. The mixture of jicama, carrot, celery, cucumber and radish makes this snack delicious.

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 jicama
  • 2 sprigs celery
  • 4 radishes

  • Peel the carrots and cut them into canes.
  • Cut the cucumber in half, remove the peel and with a spoon extract the seeds. Cut into sticks.
  • Peel the jicama, cut into slices and cut into sticks.
  • Remove the peel from the celery and cut into sticks.
  • Slice the radish into thin slices.
  • Serve on a tray and accompany with the tamarind dressing.
