Crudites is a delicious, healthy, easy and inexpensive snack to offer your guests the day you have a party at home or to eat a snack between meals. The mixture of jicama, carrot, celery, cucumber and radish makes this snack delicious.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 jicama
  • 2 branches of celery
  • 4 radishes

Preparation

Peel the carrots and cut them into canes.
Cut the cucumber in half, remove the peel and with a spoon extract the seeds. Cut into sticks.
Peel the jicama, cut into slices and cut into sticks.
Remove the peel from the celery and cut into sticks.
Slice the radish into thin slices.
Serve on a tray and accompany with the tamarind dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve them mounted in glass containers, so each guest will have a portion. Garnish with lemon slices and yellow lemon. You can sprinkle chile piquin.

TIPS

We recommend you accompany it with a tamarind sauce, the ingredients are: 1 tza. of tamarind concentrate, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 tbsp. of vinegar, 1 tbsp. of chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. The preparation is very easy, mix all the ingredients.
