Cucumber and Hummus Obela® Salad

Refreshing and tasty cucumber salad with Hummus Obela® Classic and a spectacular dressing. Perfect for a light and healthy dinner or to accompany grilled fish. This dish is a classic in Mediterranean cuisine.

  • 2 cucumbers, small
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, washed, disinfected, and chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon basil, washed, disinfected, and chopped.
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt, a pinch
  • ground black peppers, a pinch
  • 2 cups Obela® Hummus, Classic

  • Slice the cucumbers very thinly using a peeler or kitchen mandoline.
  • Place them in a bowl and add dill, basil, garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Divide Hummus Obela® Classic into 4 glass jars and place a portion of the cucumber salad on top.
  • Close the jar and enjoy as a snack.
