Refreshing and tasty cucumber salad with Hummus Obela® Classic and a spectacular dressing. Perfect for a light and healthy dinner or to accompany a grilled fish. This dish is a classic in Mediterranean gastronomy.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of cucumber boy
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh dill washed, disinfected and chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon of basil leaf washed, disinfected and chopped.
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • Salt a pinch
  • ground black peppers a pinch
  • 2 cups of Hummus Obela® Classic

    Preparation

    Cut the cucumbers into very thin slices, with the help of a kitchen peeler or mandolin.
    Place them in a bowl and add dill, basil, garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3. Stir well and let stand 10 minutes in refrigeration.
    Spread Classic Obela® Hummus in 4 glass jars and place a portion of the cucumber salad on top.
    Close the bottle and enjoy as a snack.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad inside a glass jar.
