Refreshing and tasty cucumber salad with Hummus Obela® Classic and a spectacular dressing. Perfect for a light and healthy dinner or to accompany a grilled fish. This dish is a classic in Mediterranean gastronomy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cucumbers, boy
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, washed, disinfected and chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaf, washed, disinfected and chopped.
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt, a pinch
  • ground black peppers, a pinch
  • 2 cups Hummus Obela®, Classic

Preparation

Cut the cucumbers into very thin slices, with the help of a kitchen peeler or mandolin.
Place them in a bowl and add dill, basil, garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3. Stir well and let stand 10 minutes in refrigeration.
Spread Classic Obela® Hummus in 4 glass jars and place a portion of the cucumber salad on top.
Close the bottle and enjoy as a snack.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad inside a glass jar.

TIPS

Prepare the salad at the last minute so that the cucumber does not lose texture.
