Easy Surimi Salad

Nothing like a refreshing surimi salad on a hot winter day. The recipe of surimi will enchant you, since the combination of vegetables, surimi and mayonnaise is the ideal, without forgetting how cheap it is to prepare it.

  • 1 cucumber, boy
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 jicamas, girl
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 sour cream
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 lime
  • fresh cilantro, dehydrated

  • Disinfects vegetables.
  • Peel the jicama and cut into small squares 1/2 or 1 cm.
  • Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and dice it the same.
  • Cut the tomato and the surimi into small squares of the same size.
  • Stir all the squares, add mayonnaise, lemon, cream, salt and pepper and dehydrated cilantro.
