Easy Surimi Salad

Nothing like a refreshing surimi salad on a hot winter day. You will love the surimi recipe, as the combination of vegetables, surimi, and mayonnaise is ideal, not to mention how inexpensive it is to prepare.

  • 4 sticks surimi
  • 1 cucumber, boy
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 jicamas, girl
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 sour cream
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 lime
  • fresh cilantro, dried

  • Disinfect the vegetables.
  • Peel the jicama and cut it into small cubes, 1/2 or 1 cm.
  • Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut it into equal cubes.
  • Cut the tomato and surimi into cubes of the same size.
  • Mix all the cubes, add the mayonnaise, lime, cream, salt and pepper, and the dried cilantro.
