Nothing like a refreshing surimi salad on a hot winter day. You will love the surimi recipe, as the combination of vegetables, surimi, and mayonnaise is ideal, not to mention how inexpensive it is to prepare.

1 cucumber, boy
1 tomato
1/2 jicamas, girl
salt, and pepper to taste
2 sour cream
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 lime
fresh cilantro, dried
Preparation

Disinfect the vegetables.
Peel the jicama and cut it into small cubes, 1/2 or 1 cm.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut it into equal cubes.
Cut the tomato and surimi into cubes of the same size.
Mix all the cubes, add the mayonnaise, lime, cream, salt and pepper, and the dried cilantro.
