1 cucumber, boy
1 tomato
1/2 jicamas, girl
salt, and pepper to taste
2 sour cream
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 lime
fresh cilantro, dehydrated

Disinfects vegetables.
Peel the jicama and cut into small squares 1/2 or 1 cm.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and dice it the same.
Cut the tomato and the surimi into small squares of the same size.
Stir all the squares, add mayonnaise, lemon, cream, salt and pepper and dehydrated cilantro.
