Edamames with Alfalfa

This snack is very healthy, and its high protein content prevents you from feeling hungry between meals. You can store the edamames in the freezer to make them last longer.

1/2 cups soybean
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 lemon, (optional)

Cook the edamames in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt for 6 minutes.
Once cooked, immerse them in cold water with ice for 15 minutes.
Drain the water and let dry.
Remove the edamames from the pod and mix them with the alfalfa.
Add ½ tablespoon of coarse salt and serve with lemon.
